IANA ( www.iana.org ) has assigned port 6343 to be used for sFlow (this is
the default port specified in RFC 3176):

sflow 6343/tcp sFlow traffic monitoring
sflow 6343/udp sFlow traffic monitoring

It is strongly suggested that all sFlow agents and applications default to
using UDP port 6343. A standard sFlow port will help help eliminate
configuration problems between agents and collectors; sFlow traffic will be
easier to identify, and it should make it easier to configure forwarding
through firewalls etc.
