Sflow V2/4 Generator?

Hi,

I am looking for a tool (because I don't want to have to right one myself) that
will generate Sflow v2/4? Does such a beast exist? The Sflow agent source
code from InMon only generates v5.

Alternatively, is there a tool that genrates Sflow from a tcpdump file?
sflowtool reads in a tcpdump file, but doesn't forward it. :-(

I have a feeling I will be doing some coding today. :-(
