NetFlow to sFlow conversion

Good afternoon all

I'm looking for a program such as sFlowtools that will provide conversion in
real time from NetFlow to sFlow.

All of the documentation I have found normally relates to doing this the
other way round i.e. sFlow source being converted to work with a NetFlow
collector.

In the case I'm working on I have a new Foundry Core and Management system
and some legacy Cisco edge device that can provide NetFlow data.

Does anyone have any recommendations of a suitable program?
