The sFlow Version 5 MIB and packet format are now quite stable and have been
implemented by a number of vendors, so it is a good time to finalize the
version 5 specification documents.

I've posted the first draft of the complete sFlow Version 5 specification
at:
http://www.sflow.org/drafts/draft14/sflow_version_5.txt

The document is in RFC format. It describes the terminology, architecture
and mechanisms used by sFlow and contains the new MIB and packet formats.
Please let me know of any typos, errors, areas of ambiguity etc.
